Choose words that describe who you are or who you want to become, after time and repetition, you will become what you repeatedly think about. We are the sum collective total of all of our thoughts, so if you are unhappy with who you are today, start thinking differently now! You will become what you repeatedly affirm. Say them out load and mean it! After a while you will have different words will come to you.
